All sales are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Since many items are collectibles with condition-dependent value, we recommend inspecting items thoroughly before purchase.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you discover a defect not disclosed at time of sale, please bring the item back within 7 days with your receipt for evaluation.

ONLINE / SHIPPED ORDERS

Items purchased through our online shop or eBay store are subject to the return policies of those respective platforms. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue.

NON-RETURNABLE

Sealed products opened after purchase, digital codes, and custom orders cannot be returned.
