RETURN & EXCHANGE
POLICY
To ensure fairness to all customers and protect against fraud, the following policies apply to all purchases at Vaulted YYC.
🃏 TRADING CARDS & COLLECTIBLES
All sales are final on:
• Pokémon cards and trading card products
• Booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, booster bundles, and sealed TCG products
• Graded cards
• Collectibles, statues, and memorabilia
• Clearance and consignment items
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
🎮 VIDEO GAMES
USED GAMES
• 7-day defective exchange policy
• Exchanges are for the same title only
• Original receipt required
• Games must be returned in the same condition as sold
NEW GAMES
• Must remain factory sealed for exchange consideration
• Opened new games cannot be returned or exchanged
🖥️ CONSOLES & ELECTRONICS
• 14-day hardware warranty against defects
• Exchange or store credit only
• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, modifications, power surges, or customer-caused issues
• Serial numbers may be recorded and verified
💰 RETURNS & REFUNDS
• No cash refunds
• Store credit may be issued at management's discretion
• Receipt required for all exchanges
• Management reserves the right to inspect and test any item before approving an exchange
• Any item showing signs of tampering, swapping, modification, damage, or missing components will be refused
🎁 GIVEAWAY POLICY
• Minimum purchase of $9.99 before tax required to qualify unless otherwise stated
• Follow all posted giveaway entry requirements
• Prize images are for promotional purposes only and may not be exactly as shown
• Prizes are subject to change without notice based on availability
• Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification
• Giveaway entries have no cash value and are non-transferable
• All purchases related to giveaway entries are final sale

By making a purchase at Vaulted YYC, customers acknowledge and agree to these policies. Management reserves the right to refuse service, returns, exchanges, or giveaway participation where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
